Nice for a dress up

Artwork is pretty good, i didnt mind the simple button clicking altho a back button wud b nice. very well drawn tho and nice style. Theres no audio credit tho. Whos the music by?

Very nice. And well done.

Good idea and the motion detection is good. My only niggle is that the cam wasnt reversed so you were onscreen. I'd say that you intended this and i'm sure that you already know how to reverse the camera (just flip the embedded video clip in flash, very simple) but i thought i'd let you know just in case.

well actually you can reverse it... theres a button down the bottom...

and it isnt as simple as flipping the embedded video ;) while on paper it is simple, there is a problem that stuffs up motion detection... however i got it fixed...

i do it like that because different webcams have different settings. My new version (coming soon i promise) is much more user friendly

I cant believe how simple this is and yet i've never heard of it before. Thanx a lot for posting this, i'm gonna make something of this immeadiately. And screw anyone who says its unclear there idiots, this is simple. Quite Good. Good sound and colour.

Pretty good. The engine works well and the colours and sounds keep it cheerfu which is a change on newgrounds. Fun game.

Forget the comment before this is good.

The animations are good and the different characters with different moves are good too. And It's a good idea that the hellfire hurts you. Overall quite good.
(ignore the zero for sound but my flash player currently has none)

Hell Yeah! Been lookin for this kinda tut 4 ages

Thanx alot for this tutorial it really helps and is very clear. I made a little stick-man versus evil-floating-eye battle and it worked great. Oh and I altered the code a bit so it checks to see if the eye is dead before he attacks so he dosen't attack when dead. I will soon be making my own small tutorial game using this tutorial and your other rpg tutorial and some o' my scripts and when it's done I'll give you credit.

Very fun. A little easy though.

Very good game and quite addictive. However it is quite easy as I got to level 21 without taking a single hit and I had the best weapon with 28 BednBlasts so I got bored and left it. It could do wwith being more of a challenge.

yeah it'll be fun to make. btw, if you or anyone else reading this review is wondering, that green weapon is called a rail driver, a metal slug launcher. i was wrong when i said it was a luger.

Thank you SO much! I am relativley new to Flash and these are all the things I didnt know how to do! I know they are basic but it is dificult to find tutorials. I really needed to find out how to make preloaders and I didnt know what the code was for dragging objects but now I do. And thanx for taking the time to make the tutorial, I'm sure this will help a lot of people, it sure helped me! And also it is good that the tutorials are simplified rather than explaining the bare details of the code etc. It is much better to be able to just copy it from the tutorial. Thanx again.
